Baked porridge
Ingredients for 2 portions:
1 big banana, sweet and ripe
100 g oat flakes
1 egg
150 ml natural yoghurt
frozen raspberries/ cherries/ blueberries
handful of almonds, chopped
honey (optional, if you have a ripe enough banana, it will be very sweet)
Method:
- Heat the oven to 150 C.
- Mash banana, mix it with oat flakes, egg and yoghurt. Put everything into a ramekin (kokilka).
- Top with fruit and nuts.
- Bake around 25 minutes.
